Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SeedStake. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

SeedStake is a personal tracker for recording and analyzing your betting and gambling activity. It is a record-keeping and analytics tool only.

SeedStake is not a sportsbook, casino, exchange, or gambling operator. It does not accept wagers, facilitate bets, process gambling transactions, or hold funds. Nothing in the app is a betting service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use SeedStake. SeedStake is a record-keeping tool rather than a gambling service, so eligibility to use it is not tied to the legal gambling age where you live. Whether, where, and at what age you may gamble is governed by your local law and remains your responsibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the accuracy of the information you record. The insights SeedStake provides are only as good as the data you enter.

Use SeedStake for your own personal record-keeping. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

SeedStake is offered as a subscription, sold and billed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms, including the Apple standard EULA linked at the top of this page. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

SeedStake reports on the data you enter. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or betting advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to place, size, or avoid any wager. Decisions you make are your own.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedStake is not liable for any losses — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
